¹If residential customers are not satisfied with their plan, they can change to a different Ambit Energy fixed-term product within the first 12 months of their service start date without incurring an early cancellation fee. Guarantee is only available in Texas. ²Upon switching to Ambit Energy on a qualified fixed-term product, Customers may qualify for reimbursement of up to $250 for any early cancellation fees incurred from their previous provider.
